Our tenants love our landscaping and outside communal areas, including our gazebo and community grills. Our renovated one and two bedroom units also provide comforts including: Spacious floor plans Decorative fireplaces (some) Updated stainless steel appliances In-unit laundry New flooring (vinyl planking and carpet) Personal balcony or patio Renovated bathrooms Lots of natural light Off street parking Central Air Electric heat Make Grant Court your home today! Tenants pay electric and gas service, plus a monthly water fee of $35 for 1B and $45 for 2B apartments. Application Fee: (non-refundable): $55 Holding Fee (non-refundable): $200 Security Deposit (refundable): $500 We are pet friendly! Pets are welcome if under 50lbs when fully grown. We allow up to two pets per apartment. A $250 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) is required and monthly pet rent will be $35 per month for each pet. Breed restrictions apply.
