July 11, 2024recently moved into Green Haven Apartments in Franklin, TN, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I toured the complex, I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and well-maintained facilities. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and equipped with high-quality appliances, making daily living both comfortable and convenient. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly. They made the move-in process seamless and have been attentive to any requests ...or maintenance issues I've had, which have been few and far between. The community amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are fantastic and always clean, providing great options for relaxation and exercise. The location is another major plus. Situated in a quiet, serene part of Franklin, it's close enough to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. July 10, 2024Beautiful landscaping. Beautiful apartment. Great staff. Only problem is that there was no outside garbage can and the bathroom and dishwater were missing pieces. It’s been almost 2 weeks and we are still waiting . But other than that everything is great. Love the salt water pool.Property Manager Responded
