January 25, 2025I have been here since 2018. There have been good times and bad. Overall it’s not a bad place to live, the apartments are out dated though. It would be nice if they updated appliances and flooring and cabinetsProperty Manager Responded

December 30, 2024Living at GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS, for 18 years, is like living with family. The management team and maintenance staff take pride in their work and they care about their residents. Any problems that may arise, they are quick to resolve them. I have enjoyed living at GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS. I feel safe living here, especially with COBB County Police patrolling the complex on a regular basis. I have made many friends and acquaintances while living here. December 27, 2024Don't trust that you will get the specific apartment they show you on the tour. I was shown a unit that had been remodeled in 2023, but the model I got has to be 20 years old and falling apart. It's cheap, but not the value I thought it wasProperty Manager Responded
