October 18, 2024The farm reserves is a nice place to live in. Amenities are great. They do a good job keeping all of them in good shape. Office, maintenance and ground personnel do a fantastic job. September 25, 2024I have been very happy living here for the past two years but recently I have a neighbor who makes loud noises late at night where there’s banging up against the wall where my bed is. I’ve attempted to have this addressed multiple times and nothing changes..this has been extremely disappointing because it’s rude and the residents definitely know they’re making noise. I’m hoping this improves soon or that they’ll just move out.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2024So far, so good Greystone Farm reserve has been pleasant for the most part. Initially the customer service that open the door for me to review the apartment was very impatient and the house smell like weed. The rest of the staff was amazing and pleasant to work with. But I love the area and the size of the apartment. And to top it off they have treats for the residence, which I love.Property Manager Responded
