February 21, 2025I’ve always loved my time here everything is well maintained, and the maintenance staff is always very kind. The only issue I would have is the parking where my building is located. It’s not horrible but not ideal on some days otherwise I have no complaints!!Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2025I live at Greystone Ponite and I have a great experience. The apartments are spacious, bright, and well-designed, making them comfortable. The amenities are excellent. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The grounds are well-kept, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The management team is friendly and quick to respond to questions. They genuinely care about residents and host community events to help neighbors connect. The location is convenient, with ...grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, I highly recommend Greystone Pontie for anyone looking for a home. It truly feels like a friendly community. December 25, 2024I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment. The space is exceptionally clean, and everything works perfectly, from the appliances to the fixtures.
