January 8, 2025Good in general. Friendly staff and fast response maintenance team. Hard to find parking spot in front of the building sometimes, especially on Friday. Suggest have a separate parking spot for visitor versus residents.Review from Apartments.com

December 25, 2024Recently moved in and loving it. My only gripe is the kids riding their bikes by the cars and not being more mindful. But the actual apartment is spacious and cozy, and modern and clean. I love that there is a locker for Amazon packages. Laundry rooms are big and the kitchen is very updated. Sad To Move Away
October 20, 2024I've really enjoyed my two years at Greystone Summit. As a single mom of a teenage daughter, living somewhere that felt safe and convenient was a must. The staff has been so friendly, and anytime I had a maintenance issue, the team was great. The property is beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff would do everything from change my lightbulbs to quickly address and fix a neighbors water leak issue before it ruined my apartment. It is also a 1/4 mile from WalMart Marketplace and Pharmacy, as ...well as a Piedmont Urgent Care location, which came in handy. Gonna miss this place!Property Manager Responded
