March 20, 2025I’ve been living in Greystone Summit Apartments for three years and it offers a fantastic living experience with an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Located in a prime area, these apartments are perfect for those seeking a mix of tranquility and easy access to city life. The spacious floor plans are designed to suit various lifestyles. The community amenities truly stand out, including a well-maintained fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and beautifully ...landscaped common areas. Car wash, charging station for electric vehicles and much more. We also enjoy the convenience of on-site management, awesome and responsive maintenance teams, and secure entry to the complex. The apartments themselves feature stylish interiors with updated appliances, modern fixtures, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The pet-friendly policy is another highlight. Wonderful place to call home…
March 19, 2025I would like to share my experience and to leave a review of the most wonderful residential complex Greystone Summit! We have been living here for the third year! This complex has become the best of those where we lived before, I want to share just a few advantages it’s offers: 1. I feel safe here!!! 2. The location to the Waltmart store is 15 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car! 3. Schools are nearby (10 minutes on foot) 4. Convenient layout of the apartments (some with balconies, and there is ...some with sunroom) 5. Very well-kept territory (every Monday a team comes and cleans everything down to the last leaf and twig) 6. Clean pool and sun loungers (and even in winter they take care of it) 7. Kids playground with slides and swings! 8. Recreation and barbecue areas 9. You can rent a storage room or a garage 10. Car wash onsite 11. There is a charging station for electric cars as well 12. Laundry facility 13. Gym 14. Computer room with a very comfortable sofa and chairs 15. Tennis court 16. Place for walking dogs and dog park 17. Mailboxes and separate Amazon boxes 18. You can go to the main office and drink freshly brewed coffee and get tasty snacks 19. A huge number of parking spaces 20. I would like to separately thank the responsive staff of the Greystone Summit complex!!!! Very friendly managers, cheerful, always positive (as soon as a light bulb burns out or a water pipe gets clogged - everything is fixed and replaced in a very short period of time, and if the equipment breaks down, it is replaced with a new one) 21. Managers pamper their residents with various events - Bingo, quests, raffles with very cool and expensive prizes! They organize games and parties with pizza and drinks! 22. It's very soulful and calm here!! If you are looking for a new home, then you will definitely find it here! February 4, 2025This apartment is wonderful to stay at . The leasing office staff are among the nicest, most professional people I've ever met. They're always ready to assist and make the whole leasing process smooth and hassle-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Happy Renter
January 22, 2025My family and I have been happy renters in this community for two years now and going into our third year here. The staff are super friendly. We’ve become very sociable with our neighbors and even have good conversations about football with our Alabama fan neighbors even though we’re Georgia fans!!!! All love though. January 14, 2025We moved in less than a week ago and already I am blown away by the amount of amenities, the staff has been super friendly and helpful, the apartment itself is very nice and well designed, and there is an abundance of amenities that give me peace of mind and practical uses while I am here. January 8, 2025Good in general. Friendly staff and fast response maintenance team. Hard to find parking spot in front of the building sometimes, especially on Friday. Suggest have a separate parking spot for visitor versus residents.Property Manager Responded
