September 9, 2024Not the same great place anymore. Though the rent has gone up like 50-80% in the last couple of years, no upgrades are being made. Even existing facilities are not maintained to the past level. Poor maintenance of garden and no sign of EV charger promise made long back. Heard some staffs left as the management refused to increase salary to meetup with high inflation..though rent is adjusted.Property Manager Responded
