September 1, 2025Overall experience has been good. Amenities could use some updating, the gym is pretty much useless. Management lacks costumer service skills, they could never manage anything in another city where expectations are higher.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2025So far things are quiet overall. There are minor things that I would like to fix at my unit. There is no garbage disposal. The freezer has an ice maker, but no hookup for the water.Property Manager Responded

June 22, 2025My overall experience at Greystone at Creekwood has been very pleasant. The staff is friendly and the property and amenities are well maintained. They offer resident/community activities and a variety of amenities. My only complaint is not with the community itself but with noise from my neighbor during "quiet hours." I have complained to the office staff at least five times but the noise has not gotten any better.Property Manager Responded
