February 22, 2025Still one of the nicest neighborhoods to live in, but the rent prices have gotten out of hand. Lived here since 2016 and there hasn’t been an upgrade that should warrant the rent hike.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025The grounds are well maintained and the flowers are a nice touch. The maintenance is exceptional and completed in a timely manner. The management staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make you happy. The amenities are always available as well as the apartment layout and appliances. December 22, 2024We love it here , so much better than Rock Island , quieter inside and out and it feels like home. We love the pool and playground, would be nice to put a shade over the slide when the sun shines down ion it , the kids can’t play because it burns them.Property Manager Responded
