October 31, 2024I can't believe that in 10 days, I will have been here four years! And, I can't think of a single negative aspect or issue along the way. No matter what - whether there is a power outage due to a storm or a request for a new light bulb; no matter the issue, it is addressed and fixed as soon as possible if not immediately. I love the layout of my place, the view from the balcony, the amazing management (Kelley and Grayson) and maintenance teams - the whole package. July 23, 2024I've lived here for almost 4 years and have friends who have been here much longer. We appreciate and enjoy so many features like great floor plans, high ceilings, efficient insulation, quality appliances. To top it all, we have management that responds to needs and communicates appropriately. May 24, 2024Some dogs are loud. No issues inside the apartment. LL door is still broken after a year. Dogs pee in the garage and stairway. Great location with a lot of places to eat near by. City isn’t very far away either.Property Manager Responded
