The Guest House is conveniently located right off 411 Highway on Chateau Drive. Here at The Guest House, we offer 1 & 2 bedroom furnished and unfurnished apartments. Our community has a gated entrance, plus we have a property monitor who drives through at different times of the afternoon and weekends. We provide 24 hour maintenance service, centrally located mailboxes and provide a trash receptacle on-site for our residents. For your convenience, our leasing office is located on-site and residents will be provided with an emergency number to reach the leasing manager. Your apartment will feature a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and ceiling fans. We also provide a stackable washer/dryer in the one bedrooms and regular washer/dryer in the two bedrooms. Historic downtown Rome is about 10 minutes away, as is a shopping center with a TJ Maxx, Ross, and Barnes and Noble. We are also minutes away from Rome's best restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Chili's and more! Wal-Mart nearby as well. great quiet & safe complex!
February 18, 2022I have lived here for a year & it has been great. I love that it’s gated and feels safe, but the system also allows easy confirmation from residents to allow guest in. It is very peaceful, we’ve never heard much of anything from the apartments around us or outside. There is always close parking spots & fast responses from whatever issues or questions you have. Amazing first rental experience!!!
February 15, 2022We are first time apartment renters. This entire experience has been wonderful from the minute we started the rental process. We love it so much, that we did not even look at any other complexes when we needed to go from our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. We have been renting from Guest House since August and we are in the process of beginning the paperwork to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. I have spoken with Rachel, who works in the office, many many times. She walked me through the application ...process and has always been so helpful and quick when we had any questions. I believe we have only had one maintenance request and it was handled so fast. Every person that we have met that works in the complex has been so friendly and helpful.
