    Its a nice community don't get me wrong but I believe the price of rent should include pest control and trash(extra $35) at the very least. Homes aren't really built with standards sort of just put them up to get people to rent them out. You have to pay a extra $100 A MONTH if you want a fence that's a extra 1,200 for the year THAT'S JUST CRAZY. Construction crew leaves trash around. They are priced as if the pool and playground are already built. We decided to move because you can find a house ...
    in the area to rent that include more with lower rent amount. You would just have to think if you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere especially with cost of living increasing.
