Halstead living
January 28, 2025Ive had a great experience living in this apartment building thus far. The management team is attentive and responsive, which makes a big difference in creating a welcoming community. The best part of the building is definitely the amenities, they are always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. One great feature is that the building allows dogs, which is a big plus for pet owners. However, it does come with some downsides. Some residents could be more responsible about cleaning up ...after their pets in the hallways/elevators, as accidents happen from time to time. Additionally, the noise from dogs passing through the halls can be loud, but it's manageable once you're inside your apartment! The apartments themselves are comfortable, though the style could use some updating to match the modern vibe of the amenities. Despite these minor issues, the building offers a great living experience, and I'd recommend it for anyone who values clean, well-kept community spaces and solid management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A property and team who got it right
January 7, 2025From moving out of state for the first time, it definitely was a bit nerve racking and junior made it nothing but a seamless experience- with any questions, timing, scheduling etc. it was beyond seamless and made my transition from state to state a bit easier knowing I had a property that was willing to work with me and was overly accommodating. Now that I’m about a month settled in, I’d say in In love. The property is always well maintained, the living spaces are stunning-the windows alone, ...can beat it. Not to mention it’s just MINS away from downtown Haverhill which is so amazing. Plus, the place always smells so clean, and the apartment walls aren’t paper thin- which is common with newly built establishment. You get history, comfort, aesthetic, and prime location. July 11, 2022Nice building. Needs cleaner rugs in the building. At least shampooed. 7 years I have lived here and not once cleaned. Stained with animal urine. Does not look presentable when entering the apt or having company over. The white doors by mail room and side entrance are filthy need to be bleached. Windows are filthy. Trash area by the mail room smells terrible in the summer. Dog policy used to be a max weight of 35 lbs for a pet. Now it is any dog is allowed in the apt complex, trained , not ...trained , and aggressive. Dog owners can?t even control their animals on a leash and jump on you as you walk by in a hallway. The office staff is very nice, kind, available, and considerate. The maintenance team is amazing always friendly and prompt to the matter. I love my apt set up, space, and feel safe living here which is a plus to keep me as a tennant. I?ve already addressed these issues in previous survey not hopeful for any changes. May 12, 2022hamel mill has everything you could possibly want ..a gym inside the building a movie theatre a game room w/ a pool table and other table games for the young at heart commputers to use/ great room with t,v. ..across from commuter rail/ short walk to bank post office and buses to anywhere..and pick up your tickets for the train.. little places along the way to have a cupa cupa or some coffee or bring home a little sandwich or desert //across the street we have little cafe with just about ...anything youmight have in mind thats all i can think of right now so be safe and wellProperty Manager Responded
