March 7, 2025Decent property and great amenities. New gym with diverse workout machine/equipment. A heat indoor pool and a golf simulation room. Convenient located - near the mall, train station, highways, and 15min to the airport. The rent is also reasonable for RI State and for this neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
Avoid if You Value Flexibility and Efficiency
February 20, 2025I’ve had a frustrating experience living at Halstead Providence. The electric cooktop in the apartment is small and extremely slow, making cooking a hassle. More concerning, however, is the management’s rigid policies. I needed to sublease my unit while traveling, but they did not allow it. Additionally, I informed them four months in advance that I planned to move out just 12 days before my lease ended, yet they still required me to pay rent through the very last day. There was no flexibility or ...consideration, even with ample notice. If you’re looking for an apartment with reasonable policies and better amenities, I’d suggest looking elsewhereProperty Manager Responded

November 25, 2024We have only been living here for a couple weeks but we feel so comfortable and happy. The whole building is very friendly and clean with so many amenities to enjoy that can fill out a whole weekend.
