November 19, 2024So far we are enjoying our time at halstead. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. We enjoy the walking path to access downtown. Our only complaint is the trash shoot and when the red light can be on for a day or two.Review from Apartments.com

October 28, 2024I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this apartment! The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. especially appreciate the quiet and friendly atmosphere, which makes it feel like home. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience! Just improve this points: Areas that need ...improvement. The paint on some walls, especially around window frames in the gym and common areas, is chipping, which makes the place look neglected. The outdoor grills are also in poor condition and need maintenance. Additionally, the gas lamps are not all functioning, which reduces the ambiance, especially at night. August 26, 2024Halstead Station is a great place to live not only for its location and the amenities but for the excellent staff they have. Last year when I met Keeli, I instantly liked her energy and good vibe and I knew this would be a perfect home for me. Then I met Jennifer who is the business manager extraordinaire! She is so kind, diligent and hard-working. She goes above and beyond all duties. She is always several steps ahead of things to get done, in addition to the many things she does, she finds ...time to plan fun activities for residents to meet and get together. Even though she is always very busy, she always has time to hear your concerns and get right on matters. She is very dedicated, works tirelessly, always has a smile and she should get an award for best manager of the year! Brian and Jacob are friendly and always around to help you, the other staff are also very friendly, this is a happy place to live ^-^.Property Manager Responded

A special place to call home
