The kids can enjoy the fresh air by walking to Covington Elementary and Woodside Middle School, which are only a 1/4 mile away. The units are in single-story and two-story buildings, which give you a choice of having a patio, porch or balcony. This outside private space has an attached storage unit as well. Our floor plans range from 1 to 4 bedroom spacious units. Hamilton Pointe is a part of the greater Fort Wayne Trails system. The trail starts right at our property border. Hamilton Pointe is a great place to call home!

February 22, 2019Amazing place to call home! Have had wonderful experiences with staff (Marci)and the maintenance (James) they are always kind and go the extra mile when it comes to you and your kids. This community is clean, quiet and safe. You don’t hear the neighbors or neighborhood kids late into the night and your neighbors actually say hi you and invite you over for coffee. This community offers resident enrichment activities that are fun and help you get to know your new neighbors. I loved living southwest ...in a rental house but have found that I love living Hamilton Pointe Apartments more! I would recommend this apartment community for anyone looking for a home and a reason to stay southwest, it’s definitely worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
