January 31, 2025This has been the absolute worst experience I could imagine having. It took 4 months to fix my dishwasher. The oven does not work. The bathtub has leaked the whole time I have been here. The only thing that has been updated is the toilet to one that uses no water so I have to plunge it EVERY SINGLE TIME i put more than 3 squares of paper in it. Maintenance tries to say they can't come out because of my dog. I told THE SAME PERSON 3 TIMES that my dog was chained up on the patio....I mean this ...place is the WORST!!! THE ROACHES OMG I cannot...everything I open I have to put in the fridge...I could go on and on all day with a litany of complaints!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2025Size is nice, neighbors are respectful. Not much security, and most apartments have a roach problem. Parking is a hassle if you work late at night, but no car theft so far.Property Manager Responded
