cold all year round, can’t even get the gate open because the manager won’t change the locks, not that I would swim in it anyway. Someone POOPED in the laundry room. There’s a lady down stairs who sits on the stair and now there are brown marks and stains from where she sat. They leave trash EVRYWHERE. The manager yells at all the tenants, yells at his own animals. You hear people yelling right our yur door. The mail boxes are falling apart and the manager blames it on the mail people. Also, the picture on here looks nothing what they actually look like. My hubby and I were sleeping one time and they have people come and spray every few weeks now we had said we didn’t need it. We didn’t know that we were signing up for them to UNLOCK our door if we didn’t open it and say we didn’t need it. He almost let my cat out, she has anxiety, we could have been naked and the manager allowed some spray guy to UNLOCK our door without our permission. No respect at ALL! Creepy people all around this area. They also don’t give you notice when they shut off the water, they do it about 6-10 times a month. Don’t bother!!!!
