  • Great Maintenance

    I just recently moved here about a week ago. When I first applied the apartment wasn’t ready yet so it was about 2 weeks and a couple days before I could move in , which was an inconvenience, but I got everything done. I turned in every minor detail that was wrong with the apartment and maintenance was out the next morning. Appliances are in good shape. It doesn’t come with a microwave, but I had already had that. Carpet, flooring, and walls were in good shape. Nicely painted. You are in charge ...
    of pest control and mowing your own grass as well. Blinds look new. Couple of dents, but maintenance fixed that right away. So far so good. I’ll see how well they keep it up.
