  • Never quiet

    March 11, 2019
    The only redeeming quality to this complex the the man who works at the office. The walls are paper thin. The master bedroom shares a wall with the building’s staircase, so you can hear/feel vibrations whenever people are coming and going. I’m literally counting down the days until my lease is up, because I’m sick of sleeping with earplugs. There is nothing luxurious about these apartments. Save your grand a month in rent and keep looking.

    This apartment home living is the perfect balance of quiet, mountain views and convenience of being close to the growing city of Huntsville. The amenities are lovely and cater to any residents needs with gym, tanning, pool, walking trails, and more. It can feel more than an apartment, but a way of life. There is also a great variety of tenants. Hampton Falls has a community feel that is unlike any other apartment home living in the area.

    I was moving from a small town and to Huntsville. Newly divorced and now a single mother of 2, I had to make sure the place I moved was affordable, clean, and most importantly, in the right school district. Hampton Falls hit the mark for everything I needed and more! The staff is beyond friendly and will make your move in as easy as possible. The grounds are beautiful and safe for children. They have valet trash service (how fancy), and an amazing walking trail that you can escape to when you ...
    need to clear your head. It is nestled far enough away from the highway that you hear NO traffic noise and the view is breathtaking. I never thought that I would be happy on a third floor apartment, but being able to sit on the patio and drink a coffee in the morning and turn around to capture a relaxing sunset in the evening are two of my favorite pastimes now. They have a very clean and efficient gym and a hidden gem, a tanning bed! You don't need to find a babysitter to work out anymore, your kids can come to the gym with you and sit in the kids area. I give my kids the iPad and they use the free wifi to catch up on homework or play games while I workout. Now, don't look at the price and think, never mind. This apartment complex is the first place that has felt like a real home to me and my daughters. I know we are safe here and they are in a top graded school district. If you can spend the money on a $7 coffee everyday, then you can afford the rent here. This is the first place I looked at when I started my search and after looking at MANY other apartment complexes that the Huntsville area had to offer, I gladly came back. You can rest assured that the apartment you get looks as good as their model apartment, honest.

    Just a short drive over Monte Sano mountain, and you will find this hidden gem called Hampton Falls. It's convenient to Walmart and Publix in Hampton Cove, and just a short drive to Carl T. Jones for more shopping. On the premises there's a 24/7 fitness center, a beautiful pool, and walking path access. There is plenty of parking, and best of all - there is valet garbage pick-up at your door Sun-Thurs. Give Stephen a call to ask about leasing specials. You will love it here.

    The apartment manager is very kind and helpful. When I needed maintenance done, it was completed quickly. The grounds are kept clean and the dog waste disposal units around the complex are awesome for when I'm out walking my dog and don't want to use the garbage in my apartment. Valet trash makes living on the third floor a bit easier, too. Overall, this complex is very friendly, clean, and conducive to all types of lifestyle (students, families, young professionals, etc.).
