Can't recommend it.
January 3, 2025Rude staff and maintenance. Left my door open all day in July. Electric bill was over $500. Also, didn't fix the A/C which leaked all over my computer. Parking not available half the time even if you pay.Property Manager Responded

Peaceful and beautiful place to call home
October 23, 2024I am thoroughly enjoying my stay in Hancock Village. The family-oriented environment has provided my children with a happy and healthy living space, where they can play and interact with other children in the neighborhood. The ample space and beautiful landscaping have also contributed to our overall satisfaction. I am also super happy that my kids are able to attend one of the best schools in Massachusetts! The management team, Ted and Aiven, have been extremely helpful and compassionate ...towards our needs, resolving any issues promptly. We have had a great experience over the past three years. A Wonderful Community to Reside In
August 19, 2024I moved into Hancock Village in 2021, and it's been the best decision for my family and me ever since. It's a friendly, quiet, clean community, and the management office genuinely cares about making life enjoyable. They're always on top of routine maintenance and repair requests and continuously make additions to improve their amenities. A mix of city life with suburban life here at Hancock Village
July 31, 2024While looking to relocate. I was so ecstatic to find a wonderful place to live that is modern upbeat has wonderful amenities from a pool, Community rooms, event spaces along with convenient shopping less than a quarter of a mile right up the street. Beautiful townhouse and apartment living . I’m looking for a place to stay for the next 5 to 7 years and this is the place for me, The community is beautiful and Chestnut Hill is a wonderful city to live in. The managers, agents and office staff are ...wonderful people that are always there to help with any of your needs. Nice Quiet Area
July 30, 2024I love my apartment & the privacy i have living here, it’s very quiet & I’m glad i chose here to live. Only downside is the fact that we have to pay a fee to access the gym/pool area ,which is very pricey in my opinion ! as high as the rent is everything should be included!.Property Manager Responded

The maintenance requests always have an immediate response. Moreover, the safety measures in place create a secure environment, granting peace of mind to residents and fostering a sense of community. A Nice Community
April 8, 2024I had the pleasure of staying in one of the guest suites and I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there. Yes, there was construction going on, but it wasn’t a major issue, and the results will certainly be worth it when it’s completed. DO NOT RENT HERE
March 3, 2024DO NOT RENT HERE. As great as these units seem, the management company is awful and there will always be construction. They lied to us and said there wouldn't be, but we've been living in a construction zone since we moved in with no end in sight. It's completely covered in trash and dog poop. It is severely overpriced for the condition of the complex and the incompetency of the management office. We would have never moved here had we known it would always be under construction.
