October 1, 2025I'm very new to the neighborhood and my experience has been great! The staff are wonderful and every person I've met living here is nice too. September 12, 2025Overall, the community is nice and peaceful. Staff is pleasant to deal with. Complaints are that there are roaches that will not go away no matter how many traps we lay out or work orders we put in. Our downstairs neighbors are also cigarette smokers, and so our screened in porch always smell like cigarette smoke and we cannot enjoy our outdoor space.Property Manager Responded
