We have lived at Harbor Pointe for almost 5 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences - with our apartment itself, with our neighbors, with the neighborhood, with the maintenance crew, and with the office staff/managers. There have been changes amongst the staff and management team but as a tenant, I wouldn't necessarily know it from the seamless transitions and continued high degree of responsiveness and care for the property that I've observed. to live at Harbor Pointe and I don't ever think about moving, which is something I have not experienced before. Special thanks to our new property manager, Christiaan, and his assistant, Mia, who recently helped me quickly and efficiently with a leasing question I had. Christiaan was also extremely helpful and responsive during the cold snap we had this winter, when a pipe burst in the basement leaving the building without heat for a short time. Both Neil, the maintenance supervisor, and Christiaan were quick to offer resolution, updates, and assurances that the problem was being fixed. Running a huge complex like this with the attendant myriad problems that must arise can't be easy but I never feel like my concerns aren't important or timely addressed. We will continue to live here enjoying our wonderful lake view as long as they'll have us!

The reason why Harbor pointe is a great place to live is because the apartments are peaceful and the staff is attentive, professional and amazing. These agents in particular, Natilee and Tania run and compliment this place beautifully. I've been here a year now and i've just renew my lease.

Friendly & Helpful Staff

The leasing office staff, specifically Brianna, was very helpful & understanding during my circumstances when I had to move out of the apartments before my lease ended. She was prompt to give me answers & feedback and guided me in the right direction to find help. She was always friendly and had a smile on her face when I popped into the office for any questions or when I needed to pick up a package. Little things go a long way.

Nice apartment and neighborhood

I have lived in a 2-bedroom apartment for almost a year now and it’s been great. It’s so quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance is nice and always fixes what we need as soon as they can. The office staff is nice to talk to. The only thing I dislike is littering done by some people when I walk by the lake.

Don't Believe Everything You See.

After seeing the beautiful pictures online of the property I scheduled a tour. The picture on the cover is the leasing office, alongside with pictures of the office being shown. I viewed a 1 bedroom after requesting to see a 3 bed. As soon as i walked in there was this awful smell just the appearance made me want to turn around right away, the smell was "garbage" because someone dragged there garbage through the hallway, which is disgusting. The apartment overall was okay cant really say much ...
because I didn't view the one as I requested. The appearance of the apartment was literally nothing as the pictures so to save you time I wouldn't recommend.

I hate it

This place seemed great at first, clean, gym,pool, looks nice. Well it's not. They only clean out side the buildings if they have a showing. Any time after it is disgusting. And good luck getting water pressure on 2nd floor. And you like going to the gym? Well only half the the stuff works. And even without the covid the pool was never open. Like 2 of the staff members are nice and the rest are not. There are so many other stories I could tell you but I dont have the time and when you rent this ...
place you sign the year lease 5 months before your lease is up you need to resign or your rent goes up.

This place is in bad shape

I used to live in Habor Pointe Apartments back in 2000, lived there for 4yrs or so. Back then the property was really nice, well maintained. All of the tenants and staff were friendly, little to no police presence. During my 4th year there I began to notice a different vibe around the property. More police on the presence due to domestic issues or break-ins. The tenants in the high rise building getting robbed. So that's when I decided that it was time to move somewhere else. coming back a couple of years ago, but the place is run down. And they charge for everything now, gas, water electric & parking in the garage. When I lived there gas, water and a parking spot in the garage was included, you only paid for your electric.

It's haunted!!!

Every night we would double lock the front door and door to the garage and in the middle of the night they would bang open. I had an item thrown at me when no one was in the room, I closed one of the doors that kept opening and something kept violently hitting it from the other side. I had items move on their own, literally float through rooms, and had a family member wake up several times unable to move saying something was pinning him down. Also when no one was home we would hear family ...
members voices calling, literally mimicked. While we lived there, after all those things happened a car went off the road and all the passengers died. The police said there was no reason for that accident as they were not going too fast or driving impaired and no weather conditions. Not too long ago a man took his new born and walked into the lake and drowned his child. Every time I would walk my dog around the lake it would stop at odd points and start barking at thin air. There is no doubt in my mind these places are haunted.
