November 5, 2024I am really unhappy with the lack of attention to the gym. As residents we pay a lot of money annually for the “amenities” but I’ve lived here for two years and have watched the status of the gym continually decline. I have written two emails to management about the poor state of the gym. I didn’t receive a response to either email nor was any action taken to improve the status of the gym. We have treadmills that have been broken for months and haven’t been repaired or replaced and there are ...many broken or missing pieces to the weight machines. Every spring when the weather starts getting warmer, the climate in the gym gets to be ridiculously hot. It will consistently get into the high 70s and low 80s but neither management or facilities will turn the air conditioning on. The fact that my complaints have gone completely ignored just shows you the culture of the management at this residence.
