Dirty Complex
December 23, 2016I have lived at Harbor Pointe 2 for over 5 years and the up keep is horrible. The place is dirty not kept up and it smells. It's embarrassing to have family visit and see the condition of the carpeting in the hallways and down the steps. There is eggs that have been in the hallway for over a week and nothing has been done. Where is the cleaning staff or better yet where is the manager? Do you not care ? I am really frustrated with them. Management is never there and when they are all they want to ...do is collect rent money ! Why if they are not keeping the apartment up! I am tired of this ! I will also be sending this information to the newspaper for them to do an investigation. I have never meet the owner nor has he/she tried to meet any of us residents. Why again should the seniors who pay rent at Harbor Pointe 2 have to suffer in the hands of living in a building that the staff does not care about? As for recommending this as a decent place to live, the answer is NO!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
