    It was extremely difficult to get approved to live here never mind how expensive it is. That all said, one would think the apartment we rented would be in pristine condition. We have been here 30-days and we still have a water leaking from outside in our bathroom, our refrigerator is missing drawers, hardly any of our close doors can close because they were not cut to size properly, and we have found a number of items broken or poorly installed.     Maintenance team is very slow and some of the management team (not all) can be hard to deal with. Additionally, some people don't clean up after their dogs.

    Great place to live! Walking distance from all the downtown spots. Close to the wharf and bodega. Some construction going on in the area but excited to see what shops will be opening up across the street

    I truly enjoy living here! I’ve been here since the building opened. I enjoy the people, the amenities and the neighborhood. Living on the river is great for walking and it’s close to everything.
