April 8, 2025Great location so close to groceries such as HEB and Trader Joe’s. A 15 minutes drive to The Domain is a plus for this community. The landscape is wonderful with so many trees so it’s kind of cool in the summer.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2025My only problem is the bugs sometimes but that probably comes in part with the wildlife I get to see from my balcony! Otherwise any other problems that I have faced have been promptly resolved. But the front gate hasn’t closed in months and that is annoying!Property Manager Responded

I only wish they had a bit better lighting at night. I once came back late in the evening--walking from the bus stop outside this community, and it felt really dark!! March 6, 2025so far I have had a really smooth transition into my new apartment. It was easy to apply online. Everyone in the office was super helpful and nice and I have no complaints about the property yet! It feels very safe and quiet but conveniently located near so much stuff.
