May 18, 2022I've been living here for some time and while the location is amazing the building and it's management leave a lot to be desired. Some observations: * There have been multiple water shutoffs with little notice sometimes lasting days. The only thing given to us was some bottled water. Typically nicer buildings will put affected tenants in a hotel. * A constant smell of sulfur which is likely sewer gas leaking somewhere. Complaints have largely been dismissed. If they are doing something about ...it - it hasn't been communicated. * Cheap construction and material so you are guaranteed to hear your neighbors. * X-Rayed the building (maybe because of the prior two points - who knows!) and did not relocate tenants - just told they had to leave their units. * Unsecured premises leading to thefts in the parking garage. All of this while paying the prices of a "luxury" apartment in a building that is not rent controlled. If you want to be in Culver City - try looking at the smaller units and houses in neighborhoods between Jefferson and Culver. If that doesn't work, you'll probably get more bang for you buck in Palms north of Venice.Property Manager Responded

Smell is disgusting
May 18, 2022Great location, management team is OK, but there is a smell throughout this building that is simply gross. They don't give any detail as to what the smell is or where it's coming from - its a sewage issue - but its absolutely rancid and the tenants suffer. For the rent this property group charges, it's not worth it.Property Manager Responded

December 21, 2018My understanding is that this is a tobacco free building, however the previous tenant clearly smoked in the unit - the smell persists after airing it out for more than a month, even after the office staff were thoughtful enough to change the carpets.
