The workout facilities are gorgeous. This place is more like a spa than an apartment complex. The staff is amazing and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place. July 1, 2024I’m a Realtor for a living so customer service is very important to me- as well as living conditions. My wife and I have been blown away by the staff as well as the apartments! We planned to move down the street and changed our minds because of the service from a very similar location the day before signing our lease. Four days later we were moving into the NOVEL Harpeth Heights and so glad we made the change. Hands down best experience and best apartments I’ve lived in- in my 31 years of life.Property Manager Responded
