A Great Place to Live
January 6, 2025I've had the pleasure of living at Harrison Park for 3 years, and I must say, it's been an exceptional experience. The complex itself is remarkably clean and well-maintained, which contributes to a serene and peaceful living environment. One of the standout features for me has been the low crime rate, providing peace of mind that's hard to come by in many other neighborhoods. The office staff at Harrison Park truly elevates the experience. They are not only friendly but also incredibly attentive ...to the needs of the residents. Whether it's handling maintenance requests swiftly or just providing a warm greeting, their positive attitude is infectious and makes you feel genuinely cared for. Overall, living here has been a joy, and I would highly recommend Harrison Park to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and well-managed apartment complex. It's a place where you can truly make a home.Property Manager Responded

A safe and quiet place with friendly staff.
November 7, 2024I lived at Harrison Park for a year and had a good experience. The complex was quiet, safe, and my neighbors were considerate. Anytime I needed something repaired, maintenance arrived within 1-2 days. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. I took advantage of the exterminator they have on retainer and did not have any issues with pests (which cannot be said for other places I have lived). If I was to find a negative to living here, it would be the cabinets and some of the ...appliances were a bit dated, but still worked perfectly well. Also, the floors squeaked quite a bit in some spots, but this is rather minor. So if you are looking for an affordable place on the east side of Tucson, I would recommend Harrison Park.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff
November 2, 2023I couldn't possibly be happier!!! I just renewed my lease and I feel grateful to do so. From maintenance to management, I am proud to be a resident. From Sahria, to Sienna. From Adrian to Michael (AKA Eddy). From Larry to Dulce. And from Joey to Carol, each of them made my living here experience special. Henry AguilarProperty Manager Responded

Bad experience with office / maintenance
August 9, 2022My apartment has been leaking for weeks now. The maintenance men keep coming but the leak dose not stop. The office is always surprised to find out nothing was resolved yet they don't check. Out of sight out of mind I suppose.Property Manager Responded
August 15, 2022Hello. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. We sincerely apologize for these delays and hope to speak with you directly about your experience. Please give our office a call when you have a moment so we can address this matter properly.

Much better properties nearby
January 3, 2022Within 2 weeks of living at this complex I had ants throughout my apartment from the tree limbs that touched the building. The first day I noticed them I was told there was no after hours or weekend service and I had to wait until Monday for the exterminator. I have a small child and immediately regretted moving to the property. The parking spots flood when it rains. Office staff are little to no help and rarely available during office hours. Save yourself the headache and move elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Electrical Problems
May 30, 2021Don't move here. We were having electrical problems for 5+ months with little help from maintenance or management. No one seemed to care about the fact that our power was going out multiple times a day every day. No one ever gave us answers as to what was causing it or when it would be fixed. With a newborn and 1.5 year old, this was a horrible experience. Thank God we left when we did. There were other issues we had here, but this was definitely the worst.Property Manager Responded
June 4, 2021Hello. Thank you for the feedback. We're very disappointed your experience here had so many issues. We'd like a chance to talk with you about them. Please give us a call directly and let us know how we can improve. Thank you and we wish you the best at your new place.

Very unprofessional
October 2, 2020Very unfriendly staff, only lived there one year and my car was crashed twice and no help with the staff or security. Had a problem with my washer that flooded my apartment (second floor)and staff said it wasn’t urgent. And finally when I try to call the office they never answer and if they do a young lady answers with attitude and when we ask for her manager she denies me and hangs upProperty Manager Responded
October 15, 2020We apologize if you've had a less than positive experience. Your living experience is important, and we want nothing more than to provide a comfortable and pleasant home for our residents. Your feedback and concerns are valued, and we'd be sure to look into them even further. Thank you.

Will rip you off!
June 3, 2019I've been here for 8 months and I'm paying the extra $1,000 to break my lease! They nickle and dime you to death! You can't pay by cash or check, so you have to pay extra for a money order, or set up an automatic pay through your bank account where you have to pay an extra $17 service fee, every month! And I was late paying one month because my credit card expired and and I easily paid an extra $200 in late fees, even though it was 5 days before I could give them my new 3 digit card code ...(account was the same!). And to top it off, I had to pay a $23 service fee to pay my $40 water and sewer fee!!! Oh, did I mention that the office staff is worthless, and seems to care less about all theses extra fees they charge!!!Property Manager Responded
June 5, 2019Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry that you feel this way towards our community and have not had the best experience here. Greedy, greedy, greedy!
August 23, 2016Beware! Nothing is as it seems with this place. You will think you are getting a good apartment at a reasonable price, but they will find ways to cost you more and more money. Don't let them fool you too!Review from Apartments.com
Cheap rent, poorly maintained
September 23, 2015Office staff is very friendly, and rent prices are fair. Apartments and facilities show there age due to poor maintenance. Dumpsters overflow on a regular basis and dog feces is everywhere. Parking in this place is scarce for people that own more than one car. Upon move in found several issues including mold. In the last year have had 9 service requests, one being a broken water heater that took weeks to repair. I recommend living elsewhere unless rent price is the only factor in choosing ...an apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Harrison Park Apartments
September 20, 2015I lived at these apartments about five years ago and then I moved to a cheaper apartment. That was a HUGE mistake. My vehicle was vandalized three times. You don't know how "shady" the area is until you move there. When I moved there it was nice & quiet, but that didn't stay long. The maintenance was horrible! Long story short, I came back to Harrison Park. Although I wish the carpet had been replaced & upgraded washer/dryer; it is 100% better than the old apartment. Maintenance is quick ...to fix the major things; however, could work on the little things mentioned on the work orders that were not complete. I have NO regrets moving back here & highly recommend anybody who wants a nice apartment to look into these. One thing I do have to mention is that most of the people pick up after their dogs even though Harrison Park provides Print Paws doggie bags, but I can't expect Harrison Park to police every dog owner 24hrs a day to make sure they pick up after their dogs. The grounds are maintained well so that is another plus!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Harrison Park Apartments - 2 Bed, 2 Bath
September 13, 2015These apartments are okay for the price. I moved in without ever seeing the place (I was coming from the east coast) and I, thankfully, was greeted by a livable space. Management is decently friendly and responds fairly quickly to maintenance requests considering how large the complex is. The maintenance crew is respectful and always knocks and announces themselves. The few times they've needed to come by when I knew I wouldn't be home they have always confirmed with me that it was okay for ...them to enter the apartment. The appliances are outdated, but for the most part they work okay. My biggest issue has been with the dryer, which takes 2-3 runs to fully dry small/average loads. A lot of people online have complained about there being dog droppings everywhere, but I haven't noticed it that much. There are a lot of dog owners in the complex, and it really isn't the maintenance crew's responsibility to clean up after their dogs if they neglect to do it themselves. The walls/windows are pretty thin, but not to the point that you can hear people talking next door. Most sound comes in from outside through the windows, but my part of the complex is generally pretty quiet. I live on the second floor and if the neighbors next door are playing with their dogs or running around the floor will shake, but I got used to it pretty quickly. I won't be living here again, but that's mainly because I need to find a place closer to U of A to cut down on transportation expenses. Overall I would say if you can work with the management do get a decent deal on rent this isn't a bad place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
