This apt is ok

When I moved in the carpet was sticky and had not been cleaned. There was mold in the refridgerator amd freezer. I had to clean all of the aprtment before I could move anything into it. Now it is on its 3rd owner in the last 2 years I have lived there. This company seems to be trying to fix the place up. I hope they succeed.

Convenient to schools, churches, shopping, banking. Close to major cities. 2 bedroom Apartment in quiet neighborhood. 8 apartments per building, 6 total buildings. On site manager. Laundry in basement. Nice size bedrooms. 1 bath.
