    This property is poor because they don’t have the pool open they always have the pool closed always and when they are in lunch the always take like 2 hours to eat the lunch, one time that I went there in lunch and they were closed and they were so rude to me for no reason, and once again they have pool closed since the school were over and it has been open the whole school year

    Update: I’ve been here officially a week and my review still stands. Management is awesome. Apartments are awesome. 5 star apartments! I could not have had a better first time renting experience. Elli is absolutely AMAZING! Very patient, kind, and informative. She made sure everything was processed in a timely manner before my move in date; and Gave me all information I needed prior to move in. The other two ladies in office although I didn’t catch their names were both welcoming and friendly as ...
    well. Really pleased with my decision to move here. Been in my apartment a few days now and no complaints. I didn’t even view it before signing the lease (my own fault, I never requested or had time to with my work schedule) but EVERYTHING was ready upon move in. AND it’s a really good area. I ordered some things and they were delivered before I had my key and they were still there when I got off lol. This is an all around awesome place to inquire about and live!

  • Roaches plus staff is horrible

    Staff horrible so many roaches. The staff act like they are doing you a favor by doing their jobs. They are all very rude. The grounds are always full of pet poop. Don't let the filtered pictures fool you this place is a dump.

    Horrible Management. I was charged over $450 of accessory fees due to their negligence of payment processing. To make matters worse this is my first month here and your treat a new tenant like this. I wouldn’t move here. Please give it second thought.

    They are very close to the airport which made it easy for me to travel. The office staff helped me find everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Coming from out of state I didn't know where a lot of things were. Camille was the woman who moved me in and she was very helpful. Any problems I have she always takes care of.

    I would give no stars if I could. I went into the office looking for an apartment on Saturday. The woman at the front said they didn't have any currently to look at, but I could pay a HOLDING FEE to HOLD the apartment and come back and look at that specific apartment I had on hold. I called back Wednesday for an update and was told by a different lady they are cleaning the apartment and it should be done by that weekend. I call back on Saturday and was then informed by the woman I spoke with in ...
    person that there still were people living in that unit and they will move out the following week and by NEXT weeks Saturday they will have the place cleaned out as well. I call back the Friday night before the Saturday it was supposed to be completed. The original woman I spoke with in person told me THEY GAVE THE APARTMENT I HAD ON HOLD AWAY. Now tell me if that is something you want to deal with. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    TowneLake apartments in Irving has really well organized apartments. You have choices of one or two bedrooms with adequate space for your bedroom, bathroom, and closet. They sent you any notices in timely manner. Nice swimming pool and spa. I moved to this apartment because of their gym. Really good selection of machines in gym. Overall, very good apartment.
