January 20, 2025I can’t even start to explain how horrid my experience has been living here. Stolen items from my unit, broken windows and doors, horrendous maintenance response time, people breaking in, the property manager is never in, hardly anyone responds to emails and the list goes on. If you have a maintenance issue good luck getting it fixed. Normal wait time to have an issue addressed is between 3 weeks and 2 months. Apartments are old and don’t have the ability to run more than one appliance so you ...need to use the breaker board to turn appliances on and off. January 26, 2024For the majority of my tenancy, the back door has either broken or tampered with. Random people were sleeping in the hallways. One does never know if there is going to be heat day to day. Fred and Ginger, my mice, have had permanent residency since day one even with the measures of exterminating them. DO NOT use the storage unit that is provided free of charge. It was destroyed and I lost a lot of property. The last maintenance company was subpar and the new one is almost worse.Review from Apartments.com

November 28, 2021Cheap rent, cheap management. Washer and dryers are always broken and never seem to be replaced. You’re lucky if you can do a load of laundry without the machine breaking or eating your money. Amenities and the location are nice but not very safe.Review from Apartments.com

Beautiful space at a great price!

Common area is clean and updated, separated workspaces are great for working from home and the courtyard is a nice, secluded space which is hard to find in the city. Cheap Rent, but Cheap Safety
October 15, 2015The good: Rent--We pay half of what the surrounding buildings pay. You can't beat it. But we have had an increase every year. Courtyard--Great amenity for the price. We take our grill outside all the time. Lots of Natural Light. Great Management--very responsive and replaced broken appliances no hassle. Gas Range. The bad: Safety--this is the most significant issue we've had. Exits/Entrances are not well lit. Numerous times, I've left for work early in the morning and there is a homeless person ...sleeping in the vestibule or huddled by the back exit. We've encountered non-residents using the laundry facilities. There's drug activity in the parking lot behind the building. Overall, this property worked for us when we were trying to build a savings and needing to be downtown. But the safety issues are real.
