March 16, 2022Pro: Location, concierge, community Con: Building has major structural problems, serious garage problems (constant leaking of corrosive material), "indoor air quality problems"), "Fire/Life safety critical repairs", dicey HVAC at best, needs major roof repair, water is rusty - plumbing and sanitary drains need replacement. So if ALL OF THAT sounds good to you, have at it.Review from Apartments.com
