November 24, 2017Unless you are on a super duper budget DO NOT rent an apartment here. They are old and dirty. Residents smoke cigarettes right outside their doors. You can hear every single footsteps your upstair neighbor takes. And the appliances are ancient. They skimp you on your deposit when you move out as well, I cleaned it better than I found it. I ended up breaking my lease it was that terrible.Review from Apartments.com
SOME GOOD SOME BAD.....
August 25, 2015OUR APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A PRETTY NICE PLACE WHEN ALL THE PROBLEMS ARE GETTING FIXED. BUT,THE ONLY THING WITH OUR COMPLEX IS THAT HARDLY ANYTHING GETS FIXED! I HAD A HOLE IN MY BATHROOM CIELING THAT DID NOT GET FIXED FOR 6YRS! WE HAVE HAD SOME THINGS BREAK AND NOT BEEN TOLD ABOUT ,OUR PARKING LOT FLOODED AND IT TOOK THEM A MONTH OR 2 TO GET THAT FIXED. THEY CONTINUE TO RAISE OUR RENT AND MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE ARE ON FIXED INCOMES! THEY ARE MAKING US GET RENTERS INSURANCE.WHICH I ...KNOW IS A GOOD THING BUT WHEN YOU CANT AFFORD IT HOW AN WE GET IT? I PERSONALLY HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 20 YRS AND EVEN THOUGH ITS A PRETTY NICE PLACE TO LIVE SOME OF US JUST CANT AFFORD TO LIVE HERE. THEY WANT US TO PAY FOR WATER BUT NOT MANY OF US CAN AFFORD THAT EITHER. WE DO HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM BUT MOST OF THE TIME OUR WASHERS AND DRYERS DONT WORK.WE HAVE A REC ROOM THAT NOONE USES. WE ARE CLOSE TO FREEWAYS AND SCHOOLS,SHOPPING,AND ITS KIND OF HIDDEN AND WE HAVE A BACKYARD,BUT ITS JUST THE SMALL STUFF THAT REALLY IRKS US. SO ALL IN ALL ITS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE IF A 1 BEDROOM APT. IS WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR,AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET THINGS DONE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
