The first visit, the maintenance person took their time to find the source of the issue and was so kind and helpful in explaining everything to me! I was blown away that the next visit that resolved the issue was the NEXT DAY! I am so grateful and pleased with the level of care and support I have received from the maintenance staff in the years I have lived here! Even the clubhouse staff goes above and beyond with ...communication and kindness when any hiccup occurs!
