November 21, 2024New shrubs planted should enhance the appearance in time. Still experiencing trash left on the landings each weekend- months have passed and no action taken against offenders! ;(Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024Everything seems very good except for the cleanliness of the stairs and walk ways. The apartments also needs a little power washing. Maintenance is always on time. Staff is great! Also when I moved in my carpet was not 100% cleanProperty Manager Responded

August 22, 2024While we genuinely appreciate residing here, I feel compelled to address a noticeable decline in the building's upkeep, noise levels, and maintenance services. I have previously communicated about the concerning state of our stairwells, which appear to be accumulating a concerning growth of black mold. How difficult could it be to hose down the staircases ever fortnight?? I do not like living in filth!!!! Additionally, I encountered a water leak in my apartment that resulted in significant damage ...to the drywall, which remains unrepaired. I want to emphasize that this is not a criticism of the maintenance staff, particularly Mike, who consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication. However, it is evident that the workload exceeds his capacity to effectively address all issues. Furthermore, the noise levels have become increasingly disruptive, with residents revving their cars at unreasonable hours, both during the night and morning. I hope that these concerns will be addressed!!Property Manager Responded
