Substandard Appliance Replacement: Management's approach to appliance maintenance and replacement is equally disappointing. Instead of addressing issues with old and outdated appliances, they merely replace them with similarly aged equipment. New appliances are reserved for units with specific issues, such as cockroach infestations, creating an unequal living environment for tenants. Water Quality Concerns: The quality of water in some units, including my own bathroom, is subpar, with water appearing rusty and discolored. This is not only concerning but also raises questions about the property's adherence to health and safety standards. Inadequate Carpet Maintenance: Despite living in the unit for ten years, management has refused to replace my worn-out carpet. The carpet has separated from transition strips, posing a safety hazard in high-traffic areas like the bathroom and hallway. While some units receive piecemeal carpet repairs, not all tenants are afforded the same treatment, leading to disparities in living conditions. In conclusion, the property management's negligence towards maintenance issues and their unresponsiveness to tenant concerns are unacceptable. As a paying tenant who has upheld my end of the lease agreement, I expect to live in a safe, clean, and habitable environment. I urge prospective tenants to carefully consider these factors before choosing to rent at this property.
