There is also easy access to a lot of running trails without having to drive somewhere and has nearby grocery stores. July 22, 2024Overall I was very happy and satisfied from setting up a tour and doing all my leasing paperwork on line. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only issues came after I moved in and the speed of getting repairs done in a timely manner. In addition to being promised a $500 move in bonus gift card that I still haven’t received. DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 26, 2024Fire alarm systems have been persistent and remain unresolved. It often goes off at odd hours of the night. There's also flooding in apartments that happens regularly. They try to sell this place because of views. But they don't tell you about the shifting foundation causing all these issues. You can walk down the halls of this place and see it's leaning. I moved here out of necessity and will be leaving as soon as mt lease is up. Really hoping my apartment doesn't flood til then. DONT MOVE ...HEREProperty Manager Responded
