November 15, 2025GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! HELIX has a staff that is EXCELLENT. All maintenance requests are attended to immediately. The office people are helpful and polite. At night Security personnel are here. I feel safe at HELIX! Pool, grill, inside exercise, outside exercise, community center, dog area, etc. Thank You HELIX and Staff! The grounds are always spotless, from the landscaping to the common areas, which really makes it feel like home. What stands out most, though, is the staff. Too hot
July 23, 2024I like the area but not satisfied with electric bill. I lived on top floor for a few years. My ac during the summer would stay on all day nonstop. Towards the evening the temp would reach 80 to 82 degrees inside with ac on. During the day temp average will be 77 and hot. My daily average electric was 11-15 dollars a day in the summer. Winter is 8-9 dollars a day. I put in so many work orders to get the ac fixed but the maintenance would say it's because I live on top floor. I have my new ...apartment upstairs and my ac is fridgerator cold. My ac shuts off when it supposed too and reaches 72 degrees when I set the temp and my bill is less than 5 dollars a day. Im paying 200 or less on my electric compared to helix. The ac system needs to be replaced with bigger ac systems if it is going to be hot living on top floor.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not the best, not the worst
October 28, 2020I lived here for about two years and I never had any major problems with the apartments. The kitchen appliances and cabinets/drawers were a bit dated, the AC didn’t always work the best, and the rent was just getting to be too high. Outside of that, the maintenance was always done quickly and relatively well. Sometimes the office staff would give mixed answers on things or not note things so I would get multiple calls/emails about the same thing. September 11, 2020Helix Apartment is one of the BEST apartments in Las Vegas. clean complex, friendly people, and great staff! Karina and Rita who work in the leasing office have great personalities . They welcome all the residents and answer all their questions with a nice attitude. when I had a TPO order and I needed to change my key lock, they came immediately at the same minute.
