March 24, 2024I have a year long lease at this complex. This is a complete dump. There is a homeless camp effectively in the middle of the property. I spent the first 2 months of my lease trying to exterminate the cockroaches from my unit. Yes it’s that bad. If that’s not enough to deter you the FIGI frat house next door, and the hookah lounge across the street may let you have a good night sleep every other night. This might be the worst apartment complex in Austin.Review from Apartments.com

June 26, 2020The office will give away your name and address to people who call and ask for you. No privacy. Everything is always breaking. There is no central AC and the window unit is not enough for the Texas heat. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing, and they are very very loud.Review from Apartments.com
