About Heritage Arms

FREE HEAT!!! Heritage Arms is a beautiful community centrally located in Midland with shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance. We offer on site spacious laundry areas in every building. Every apartment home is assigned one covered carport as well as a storage unit. We offer spacious 2-bedroom apartment homes that offer 870 sq ft. of living space available for rent. We have 3 different apartment home styles: • The Emerson is only $869 monthly • The Plymouth is just $899 monthly, these apartment homes offer updated modern black appliances and back splash’s in the kitchen • The Curry is only $969 monthly, these apartment homes offer a dishwasher, beautiful back splash in the kitchen, a bar eating area, updated cabinetry and a new bathroom vanity as well. We also have Extended Stay apartment homes that are fully furnished. The Extended Stay’s include cable, internet and all utilities paid as well that are just $1300 a month. I would love to set up an appointment with you and show you around our community. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. I look forward to meeting with you. We are excited to offer our new Deposit-Free Apartments powered by Rhino, which is a more affordable deposit option that can get you in the door faster! Call our office to inquire.     • Very nice place with caring staff

      Lived here for 2 years and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were bigger than most apartments. Kitchen was small, but manageable. The staff were welcoming and kind. The landlord was helpful in getting a plan set for moving in and out. For being my first apartment, it was a good start as costs were manageable. Only had to worry about the electric and the internet. Water, heat, and waste disposal was covered in the rent. If I ever had an issue or something broke, maintenance was on it immediately. Had ...
      nice neighbors too. The only problem I ever had was the laundry machines not drying my clothes well. But that was all. I would recommend them to any person looking for a nice place to stay.
