November 21, 2024We recently moved from NYC, a very noisy, fast-paced, overwhelming city, and arriving to this city and especially to Heritage is comforting. It really was the best choice. Their apartments are very clean, comfortable, pest-free, and with external amenities (pool, gym) for reasonable prices that are almost impossible to have in big cities. November 14, 2024Heritage District is a quiet complex on a quiet street. The location is great, next to downtown Gilbert, and has a walking path behind it. The apartments are cute with great kitchens and large patios. The management does a great job with pest control and landscaping. They also host events throughout the year. May 15, 2024I'm very pleased to call heritage district my home. It is in close proximity to almost everything! Management and maintenance both very active in the community!
