Amazing Apartments and Office Team
March 13, 2017I had to jump on and write a review about Rachel and the team at Heritage Park. The Wind Storm that just blew through Rochester wreaked havoc in the complex I was living in and made my apartment unlivable because of the destruction. As I was scrambling around trying to find a home for me and my fiance, Rachel consistently was reaching back out to try and help me move in faster. The Apartments at Heritage are spacious and absolutely gorgeous. I could not thank this team enough for helping me ...find something so quickly and being so responsive. Do yourself a favor and give Heritage a shot. You will not be disappointed!Property Manager Responded

Great Place!
January 5, 2017Pleasantly quiet neighbors, the maintenance and office help is on point, great location in town. Being able to not hear any traffic and so close to a main road is hard to find at such an affordable price in this town these days. Fantastic Apartment and Community
January 3, 2017I've lived here since summer 2000 and have been very happy, love the apartment and quite environment. Great community atmosphere and beautiful area. First class staff and very responsive maintenance also.
