January 15, 2025It been an ok stay at heritage towers apartment complex. The neighborhood is growing and lots of places to eat and shop. It's down the street from many gas stations and grocery stores too. The schools are awesome.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024My experience has been a fifty fifty. The beginning was great. As you stay longer it becomes more expensive to stay here. The good new is they have a program bow call built and flex. This program allows you to split rent payments between two payments. You get free yoga and HIT training class. They have special occasions parties for residents and free food and games some times.Property Manager Responded

November 15, 2024It's been ok not exactly 100 like when I first moved in but it's still nice. We have free yoga and exercise class which is nice. We have regards where you can earn money by taken pictures and giving your opinions. Very nice amenities and it's a quiet community usually.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024Some stuff is nice, but others have kinda gone downhill. I love the free yoga and HIT training exercise every Saturday. The downside is that trash isn't always taken on time, which has created a bug issue in the building . I'm sure with time and a exterminator it's should resolve.Property Manager Responded

Heritage Towers Review
June 26, 2024I recently had the chance to visit Heritage Towers and I liked the rustic and vintage aesthetic of the apartments, especially around the amenity center. The pool area is a spacious and closed space with lots of shade, perfect to bring friends over. All the amenities are a walking distance away from each other, with a gym tucked away in the corner. Definitely appreciated the number of EV parking spots, having one of my own. Cool spot in Lewisville!
April 3, 2024Heritage Towers seems like a cool spot to live and they have a ton of parking in the back. There is also new gym and a pool right there on-site, which is awesome for squeezing in a workout or just chilling out. There is a 1-mile loop large (wide) trail around the property great for running or walking. During the tour, it struck me as the perfect mix of laid-back vibes and fun amenities, like having a pool for lazy weekends. And the staff? Super friendly and helpful. Heritage towers
November 29, 2023I toured Heritage Towers last week. It was the in the middle of a long day of apartment tours. But the staff was really nice. They brought me through a few different units. All had new appliances and great floor plans. Big closets, that’s a big deal for me. Each building has a central courtyard and it’s own mail room. They use the FETCH system for package delivery, no lockers or going to leasing center. The main area has a whole pool complex thing and patio. And the gym was right by that. I’m ...not much of a exercise person but it looked like all new equipment. I definitely recommend taking the tour if you’re in the market for an apartment in the area the prices are very fair for the quality. Also seems to be very safe complex with gated entry and cameras all over.Property Manager Responded

One of the nicest apartments I’ve seen in Lewisville
November 29, 2023I finally got the chance to check out Heritage Towers last week. The units are great – super spacious, well designed, and in a perfect area for my commute to work. I have a medium size dog and this place is super dog friendly. The two 1st floor units that I saw both have doggy doors and a great private dog park next to their outdoor trail area. I also loved that the bathroom was modern a lot of countertop space. The pictures are of a 2 bedroom unit and you can see how big the laundry room area ...is! I highly recommend taking a look if you’re considering moving to the Lewisville area.Property Manager Responded
