Saving Grace!!
September 16, 2015My boyfriend and I were so eager to find our own first place... We had been looking online on apartments.com for so long and we finally thought we found one.... Well after only seeing the model and not having the a good experience trying to communicate with the management team my boyfriend and I were devastated to find that our apartment we were about to sign a lease on was NOT at all what we thought or were told. It was the day before move in and we had absolutely no place to go after walking ...away from what we thought would be the perfect home for us... Luckily Washington Park (Hilltop Estates) came along. We went to their office only 2 days later to find that what we had been looking for all along was right here. The staff was more than willing to help us in our awful timely situation. We were shown exact units instead of models and were given all the information we needed right up front. They were caring and you could tell the staff really takes pride in their company and this community. Washington Park is our new home and we absolutely love it. Everyone is so friendly and any issues we have gets taken care of immediately from maintenance. We have no doubt in our minds that we made the right decision from walking away from our previous apartment to walking into this one. The apartments are spacious and modern. Buildings are clean and as a woman I feel absolutely safe walking around outside at night or in any area of the community. We cant wait to use the 2 pools in the summer and we are within a mile of any large retail store such as Walmart, Market Basket, Target, and Kohls. Within 5 minute drive we are in downtown Manchester enjoying a night out any any restaurant of our choice. We are so glad to be home here at Washington Park.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice Place, Not nice Price.
August 4, 2015The newer building in this complex are very nice. However, as a student on a tight budget, prices can be prohibitive. I had to move out after a year because I could no longer afford increasing rent prices. Other than that, the amenities are great. Also, the office is very hard to get in contact too because they barely talk to each other. You have to repetitively contact the office to get a response, but they are very nice when they do respond.
