I’m actually very pleased with my move in experience. Every amenity I wanted is here - never thought I’d like doing chores so much - also the balcony is gorgeous - Rob, Derrick, and Sydney, are the true heart of this place.

Great place only been here for a day but it’s peaceful , clean and feels like an actual home here, the staff do all they can to help the community and the community seems very clean no trash everywhere there valet trash what else could I ask for

The staff here are super friendly, but it takes forever to get things fixed in your home. When we moved in, we were promised a fully renovated apartment with all new appliances, but the apartment was filthy and unclean. We had to clean the apartment ourselves and most of the appliances are to old to work well. After 2 yrs of asking, fixed a few things and replaced 3 appliances. We are still waiting for more. As far as the complex, the parking is an absolute nightmare. There are broken down cars ...
everywhere taking up spots, you have to park several buildings away at times. Security at night is an absolute joke, as they refuse to do anything. If you call them, they say that is not their job. We have homeless people that wander thru constantly and people stealing packages. Someone has been breaking in to mailboxes. Parking lot is a nightmare with potholes everywhere. Even with the highway right behind us, it really is not noisey at all. Central to many things and easy highway access.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and love it. I’ve only ever seen everything improve. The office staff are amazing, professional, the manager is tactful, caring and organized. The maintenance team is awesome too. They take great care making sure everything gets done and taken care of right, the first time. They are respectful of property and take pride in what they do. Best place I’ve lived, a lot of that is thanks to the people who work here.

The apartment itself is fine, but any and every interaction with the office is like pulling teeth. Promises that aren’t kept, constant staff turnover, lies told straight to our face, confrontational and rude. Every lease renewal has been an excruciatingly difficult experience.

Great location, however the maintenance here is not great. Takes forever to get a response and sometimes will mark complete without coming to fix the problem. Also gate and pools are constantly broke.
