November 25, 2024There’s been some improvement but communication still needs to be better. Several emails have gone unanswered. The maintenance staff truly makes this place amazing!! I hope leasing staff will work on communicating better as well as enforcing the rules. Cars are breaking the parking guidelines and not being towed, and the smoking policy is constantly being broken. Being severely asthmatic having cigarette and weed smoke fill my home is a disappointing and a detriment to my health. Hoping for more ...improvements.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 3, 2024I honestly like my 1 bedroom with a loft because it makes the ceiling at least 12 feet high at its lowest point. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance with any issue, they’ve come over as soon as possible and gotten the issue resolved.Property Manager Responded

September 2, 2024It's generally very quiet and peaceful, people here are polite, maintenance crew are friendly. There is a trail that leads to a park behind my apartment building and I love it! That said, it would be nice if the apartments were cleaned of cobwebs, painted and the leakage worked on when it rains. When tickets are put in for maintenance it's never from my experience attended to. If one wants to make here their forever home you start having second thoughts cos it's a struggle to get a timely ...response from office.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2024Our experience is beginning to turn around for the better. Having an all new management and leasing staff has been a much needed positive change! Issues are being addressed and resolved in a much faster manner. Communication has immensely improved with the new staffing as well. The maintenance crew is still amazing as well! July 17, 2024I have been here for 3 years and enjoy the community. Things have improved as far as maintenance and the neighbors are great. There are plenty of young working people and families to mingle but enough quiet and nature to keep to yourself.Property Manager Responded
