March 13, 2025This is a beautiful complex however the rent is rather high for a one bedroom apartment with no utilities included. The new property manager is working to create improvements however we hope it does not increase rent cost as it is already high for a small apartment with no utilities.Property Manager Responded

I have fantastic neighbors, the amenities are great (especially the pool in the summer!) and the staff here, especially the maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive with anything you need. February 1, 2025I’ve been living here for just a month, but can say it is a quiet, and very kind community. The amenities it has is great. I think the community is missing a playground, but maybe it wasn’t created for families with kids but for single persons, couples or elderly people.
