Not as advertised
May 31, 2023I moved in 2 months ago and the air conditioner, washing machine, and bathroom fan was not working was not working from the first day. There has been multiple problems since moving in. The "remodel" is not updated but only a new floor and bandaid patches to old fixtures. They don't really work. Leak in my wall in the downstairs apartment. I asked for a repair 6 weeks ago, I am still waiting. When it rains hard it soaks my living room wall and they will not send someone to at least caulk the ...outside suspected place of leakage.Property Manager Responded
